Access Audits

Audit, Reason, Adjust

Access audits (formerly known as Disability Access Audits) are performed to inform the dutyholder as to the current level of compliance and to highlight any short-comings.

The Equality Act 2010 enforces the requirements of the former Disability Discrimination Act 2005 (DDA) and requires dutyholders to make reasonable adjustments in improving access for disabled people.

There are serious consequences and penalties for non-compliance, so please talk to us in helping you to navigate through your duties by proposing cost effective, reasonable solutions for compliance. We have implemented many access solutions to a vast range of clients and buildings, including grade listed buildings.
