The role of Contract Administrator involves managing the contract between the employer and building contractor. The Contract Administrator will act as the agent of the employer whilst maintaining an impartial position in fulfilment of the necessary duties. It is the Contract Administrators duty to administer the contract in a way that ensures that good administrative practices are followed, and that information is efficiently distributed and recorded.
