Our Chartered Surveyors are experienced in advising in the procurement of work, contract administration of both JCT and NEC contracts, legal compliance and a rigorous monitoring and reporting regime.

We find our clients need are inherently different and as such to give you the best possible advice we would already advise calling to discuss to allow us to individually build a solution which works for you.


Its not just public and commercial clients that benefit from excellent contract administration but residential clients too. An extension or major refurbishment is likely the second best expense following purchase of the property and we are always amazed how many calls we get from residential clients in need of advice, usually following commencement of construction works.
