Jarman Ward provided programme management support to facilitate the installation of new gantry access to a site in the south-west. Throughout the project, Jarman Ward oversaw, liaised with, and managed the engagement of stakeholders to ascertain requirements and provided support to draft budget costs and apply for project funding.
The solution included supplying and fitting galvanised steel platforms, access steps, guard rails and self-closing gates. The works were designed and procured through exiting supply chains and the solution allows for safe working at height and for serviceable plant components to be accessed safely.
Jarman Ward ensured that the works were procured in accordance with requirements and were completed both to budget and programme, which was important in ensuring the figures contributed to an accurate overall monthly spend profile set against annual targets.
Jarman Ward has been supporting Clients with their Capital and Maintenance Works Programmes for many years and this is another example of successful collaboration.
