Jarman Ward Limited have provided Employers Agent and Project Management services to the REAch 2 Academy Trust for the installation of a new two classroom modular classroom block at the site with associated ancillary spaces.
The scheme involved site preparation, groundworks, construction of new modular classroom block and external landscaping works. Jarman Ward Limited assisted the client from commencement of the schemes from feasibility, funding application and project delivery.
Services included regular site visits to assess the progress of works, quality of construction and reviewing and commenting on technical documentation at practical completion.
