Jarman Ward provided Project Management and CDM Principal Designer services for the installation of a new double classroom modular teaching block at the site to provide additional classroom space to deliver SEND curriculum.
The purpose of the project was to provide space to allow further pupils to benefit from a specialist provision within Salisbury. The modular build provided two spacious new classrooms, storage and cloak room areas to meet the school’s requirement for functionality. The new building provides a modern, welcoming and tailored learning environment which sits comfortably into its surroundings. It features large classrooms, which are additionally used as group space, break-out, ICT and technology spaces.
The project was delivered to the tight timescales and within budget with options for further budget savings offered along the design journey. The result is a building which is enthusiastically embraced by site staff and pupils alike.
