Location: Taunton, Somerset
Jarman Ward Limited was appointed to undertake a Condition Survey and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule at the prestigious Taunton School in April 2021.
Working closely in partnership with the Estates Team to ensure the smooth running of the project from the outset, the surveying team were able to identify any proposed risks and issues associated with the project.
Using our experience of undertaking complex surveys and knowledge of detailed defect analysis combined with building cost estimating, our surveying team were able to provide a highly detailed and comprehensive report to the Management Team at the School which will be used to plan and budget for any future maintenance requirements across the vast campus.
