Jarman Ward Limited provided design and project management services to the REAch 2 Academy Trust successfully managing refurbishment and maintenance works at Water Lane Primary Academy, Block A, over two phases.
The project was funded through a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) Loan to address serious defects in the building fabric and internal learning environment. The scheme involved replacement of the roof covering, with a long-term guarantee covering the works, reconfiguration of the internal layout to improve circulation around the building and refurbishment of classroom areas to improve the internal learning environment.
The works were delivered in challenging timescales and budget constraints meaning that it was crucial to maximise value for money for the Client. Jarman Ward Limited assisted the client from commencement of the schemes from feasibility, funding application and successful project delivery.

What Our Client Had To Say
In our dealings with Andy and Richard we have found them always exhibiting high levels of integrity, expertise and reliability. The school has been in no doubt that our two refurbishment projects would be well-managed, completed within the scheduled time and that the high-quality design would manifest to our complete satisfaction. I have found Andy and Richard to be consistently professional in their interaction with us and yet they somehow manage to forge a friendly and very approachable working relationship.
