Jarman Ward Limited provided funding, design and project management services to The Kite Academy Trust for security and safeguarding works at Wyke Primary Academy following successfully securing Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) funding for the Trust.
The project was funded through the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) to address serious deficiencies in the building fabric and internal learning environment. The scheme involved replacement of the roof covering, with a long-term guarantee covering the works, reconfiguration of the internal layout to improve circulation around the building and refurbishment of classroom areas to improve the internal learning environment.
The works were delivered in challenging timescales and budget constraints meaning that it was crucial to maximise value for money for the Client. Jarman Ward Limited assisted the client from commencement of the schemes from feasibility, funding application and successful project delivery.
