We provide the Client with a dedicated point of contact throughout the construction project, undertaking the role of lead consultant, whilst ensuring successful project delivery. We understand the complexities around working safely in live environments and tailor the project programme to suit the site-specific requirements agreed at the outset.
We have a detailed knowledge of project governance, planning, programming, contract administration, risk management and cross-disciplinary communication. We seek to communicate and tailor our approach to both technical and non-technical individuals alike to ensure that all project stakeholders are informed on progress throughout.

We provide the skills and experience to deliver a wide variety of projects from simple refurbishment works to new build projects with detailed knowledge of a range of procurement routes and forms of construction contracts such as the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) NEC3 and NEC4. We are also regulated by the RICS.
We have repeatedly proven our project management skills to deliver the agreed project outcomes steered by a leadership team with more than 30 years combined project experience.
